By accessing MyBestSongGift, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Description
We provide custom songwriting services based on user-submitted stories and preferences. The final product is a digital audio file (MP3).
2. Payments and Refunds
All prices are in USD. Payment is due at the time of order. Due to the custom nature of the product, we generally do not offer refunds once the work has begun. However, if there is a factual error or quality issue, we offer free revisions to ensure your satisfaction.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the song for personal use (e.g., sharing on social media, playing at events). You may not resell the song or claim authorship.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to submit content that is illegal, hateful, or infringes on the rights of others.
5. Limitation of Liability
MyBestSongGift shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.
